My experience overall was really good. The room (for 2 ppl): was small but kept clean and there were no issues with it whatsoever. Location: very good, close to public transportation, close to park Guell. It is actually not so far from the city center and busy spots, althou walking it takes 40 minutes. I would recommend watching out for wind - since the location was more high up on windy days it was REALLY windy, but tolerable. Room: was kept clean but I would appreciate if the hotel did mention the walls are made out of paper thus you could hear everything. It might help someone else decide to stay at a different Catalonia hotel. Personally I was worried for a city rush so I chose a location further from hotspots so my mom will have no trouble sleeping but we ended up having loud neighbours. Staff: gasp, staff was EXCEPTIONAL!! From receptionists to chefs, they were all very kind, polite and helpful. Honestly I miss Jose and his kindness at breakfast/bar! Breakfast: awesome. I am gluten intolerant and vegetarian and I usually struggle with food options. But not at this hotel! There was a whole glutenfree corner at breakfast. It wasnt just glutenfree bread, there was also muffins and cereal, other than that there was variety of fruits and veggies, fresh and cooked, soya yoghurt and plant based milk options. My mom (who is "normal" and not coeliac) enjoyed tortilla patata, variety of cheeses and breads. I was very happy to finally be at a hotel that doesnt ignore intolerances :) Pool: is super small - it is smaller than on the picture. But its still nice and I was happy that it was opened even if the weather was cold. If you are doing polarbear dips and swims this pool is just enough. Water was around 10 degrees and few swims definitelly helped me relax after long day out walking and sightseeing. :) Recommend for sore feet.

From the very entrance, Catalonia Park Güell makes a great impression. The lobby is spacious enough and welcoming, setting a positive tone. For a three-star hotel, it feels much more upscale, and the staff are helpful and friendly, enhancing the experience. Coffee and tea are available at affordable prices, and the barman is exceptionally warm and personable, even though we didn’t share a common language—he went out of his way to communicate and make me feel at home. The breakfast, priced at 15 euros, is absolutely worth it, if not more! There's a fantastic variety of food, all high-quality, making it an excellent value and a great way to save on meals while still enjoying a hearty, delicious breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and fresh towels. While the hotel isn’t in the city center, it’s very close to both a bus stop and a metro station, making it easy to get around. If I return to Barcelona, I will definitely stay here again!

The room was clean and there was enough space in the closet for our clothes. The Hotel is located near Parc Guell as well as a Metro Station and Bus Station. There are supermarkets, Shops and a Farmacy nearby. The Hotel staff was very nice and always willing to help. The breakfast was great, offering plenty of healthy options such as fresh fruit, vegetables, cheese as well as live cooking (freshly made omlettes or whatever you decide to order). The Internet Connection was very good. The bed was comfortable and the heating worked properly.

It was close to Park Güell which was perfect for us and on the hill with lovely views on Barcelona from our rooms private terrace. As we are keen walkers it was easy to reach the historic town centre and the train station. Clean with little extra touches ( fridge, kettle with tea and coffee and bottle of water incl., bath robes and slippers, walking wardrope and extra bits in the bathroom) which was highly appreciated. Friendly staff and amazing breakfast included in the price. Also nice bar/ restaurant downstairs which is handy.

A nice hotel with a bar and dining area in the foyer. Our room had a balcony with a great view. It was a long room with the TV all the way at the end of the room... a bit of an odd shape but gave us somewhere to put luggage other than right next to the bed, so worked out well. There was also a swimming pool and breakfast which is nice to have but we didn't try either so can't comment. Short walk to a train station and nearby cafe (where we did get breakfast!)
